Rejoice and Be Glad, Because Great Is Your Reward In Heaven... Matthew 5:1

The Lord said....

"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you. Matthew 5:1

Do not worry if people say rotten things about you or put you down because you follow the Lord. God has a great reward for all those who are persecuted on the account of Jesus and the Gospel.

The prophets who gave up their lives for Gods glory were truly blessed by Him, they received Gods eternal love and they inherited Gods heavenly kingdom. God blesses His children in this way because we suffer for doing what is right - and we stand up for what is good, holy and righteous in Jesus' name.

The Lord also said...

"Truly I tell you, no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age: homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields--along with persecutions--and in the age to come eternal life. Mark 10:29

God has promised that you will receive one hundred times as much of whatever it is you have left behind for the sake of following him and the Gospel; because God rewards everybody who has faith in Lord Jesus by giving them the Holy Spirit; we gain true life from God and it flows over in all it's glory and abundance, because God is the provider of perfect happiness, love, abundance and holiness. So the more you put your faith in the Lord, the more will be given to you.

Anybody who preaches the Gospel is also glorifying Gods promise of eternal life and salvation in Lord Jesus' name: People will turn from their wicked ways, people will turn to God and find comfort, and those who already believe, will continuously grow more faithful in Lord Jesus. This is why glorifying the Lord and preaching the Gospel is so important for the salvation of mankind.

You will be persecuted by people for glorifying the Lord... and afterwards you will rise up from death like Jesus has done, you will inherit eternal life and holiness in Gods kingdom forever...

I pray God gives you the power of the Holy Spirit when you preach the Gospel. I also pray that you receive Gods fullest blessings when people persecute you or mock you for glorifying His only begotten Son.

Keep following the Lord... and God bless you in  Lord Jesus' name.

From,

Nicholas
